Today, (March 1) Conservative MP, and former Minister for Women and Equalities, Nicky Morgan, will introduce a ten Minute Rule Bill to the House of Commons which aims to protect trans people from unintended public disclosure of their former names by the Registrar of Companies.

For many, memories of being bullied in the playground, in the corridors and in classrooms stay with them all of their lives. It can deter children from being themselves, achieving their full potential and developing the important skills they need to succeed.
