Fresh from his second run in Adelaide Fringe, Australia, Alfie Ordinary brings his 5 star rated solo show ‘Help! I Think I Might Be Fabulous’ back to Brighton Fringe to the Bosco Theatre at Brighton’s iconic Spiegeltent.
Fundraising events over World Aids Day (WAD) weekend at Club Revenge raised £1,555.35 for The Rainbow Fund. The money was raised from a pound per head donated from the annual Revenge World Aids Day Red Party on Saturday, December 1 and from their World AIDS Day Dragathon which featured some of Brighton’s finest queer performers including Lydia L’Scabies, Rococo Chanel, Baby, Tayris Mongardi, Prudence Rae, Rob From Finance and Alfie Ordinary.
To mark World AIDS Day on December 1, Revenge are staging four special fundraising events at both Club and Bar Revenge to benefit the Rainbow Fund.
El Geebee Tea Queue, a brand new variety evening celebrating local, national and international LGBT + talent, launches at The Brunswick, Hove on Sunday, October 8.
Plenty Queer was born out of a desire to promote queer artistic voices, highlight the meaning of Pride, and raise some money for the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT). It has been a shared feeling among the organisers Brighton peers that, whilst always a great weekend, Brighton Pride often overlooks the creative LGBT+ talent the city has on offer.
