Greens claim their ‘spend to save’ budget proposals will save £2 million to protect essential services

Green Councillors have released their budget proposals ahead of todays annual Budget Council meeting laying out ways the Greens would seek to make changes to the present budget, with a spend to save approach they argue would net the Council an additional £2 million and prevent cuts to essential services.
