Charity worker, Nigel Sarjudeen, runs his tenth Brighton Marathon for Martlets in Hove this April. He has already raised £9,266 for the hospice, but is hoping to beat his target of £10,000.

Martlets’ places are available for the Brighton Half Marathon on Sunday, February 24, the London-based Big Half on Sunday, March 10 and the Brighton Marathon on Sunday, April 14.
Martlets has a final few places for runners who want to sign up to the Brighton Marathon on Sunday, April 15; but runner need to act fast since the deadline is Friday 2 March.
Brighton Hove and District Samaritans are calling for a different type of volunteer to sign up for the Brighton Marathon on 9th April 2017. They have five charity places to fill on their team and are looking for budding runners to join them in the race along the streets of Brighton and Hove, helping to raise money and the profile of the organisation along the route.

MindOut, the Brighton and Hove based LGBT mental health project are looking for people to run the half marathon in Brighton on Sunday, February 22 to raise funds for the project. MindOut is an award winning, project providing mental health services in East Sussex and a national online peer support service. It is run by and for LGB&T people with experience of mental health issues.
