STONEWALL, the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) equality charity, has announced a list of the 20 most inclusive law firms for LGB staff.
Baker & McKenzie top this list, which is populated by law firms that entered Stonewall’s latest Workplace Equality Index. Stonewall’s Workplace Equality Index is a benchmarking tool to measure organisations’ efforts to tackle discrimination and create an inclusive workplace for lesbian, gay and bisexual employees and forms Stonewall’s annual Top 100 Employers.
