Local specialist school for deaf children, Hamilton Lodge, receive a helping hand from a team of volunteers from Allianz Insurance who spent a day helping them decorate. Hamilton Lodge School and College for Deaf Students is a non maintained special school for the Deaf providing both residential and non-residential places. They take pupils from over 20 local authority areas around the country. They teach and care for deaf pupils aged 4 -19 years.
