Simon Kirby, MP for Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven, backs further Government measures to tackle Female Genital Multilation (FGM). In a letter to MPs, Mike Penning, the Minister of State for Police, Criminal Justice and Victims, has announced the Government will amend the Serious Crime Bill to increase protections for victims of the practice.
