Dog owners are being advised to give their four-legged friend’s paws a thorough wash after they’ve being out and about in muddy conditions. The advice comes from the city council’s animal warden and a veterinary surgeon who advises the local authority, after a dog was diagnosed with the Alabama Rot disease in Brighton at the start of the year.
