A national firm has launched a new service covering Gloucestershire aimed at offering couples an alternative and amicable approach to divorce or separation without the need of two solicitors.
Divorce Negotiator is the brainchild of Carol Fennell, former Career Consultant and mother of one.
Carol, said: “The benefits of amicable divorce in particular include a less stressful experience for the couple and their children and a process that is quicker and less expensive. Rather than employing two separate solicitors to negotiate on opposing sides in divorce cases we will support both parties through the divorce paperwork from initial Petition through to Decree Absolute.”
The Gloucestershire launch will bring the total number of Divorce Negotiator offices across the UK to 10 with a further 10 planned this year.
Carol added: “Gloucestershire couples will now be able to have joint face to face advice (in the comfort of their home if wished) to help them agree the details of their divorce and settlement as swiftly and amicably as possible meaning that they save time, money and stress.”
She concluded: “Our service will help couples reach a fair settlement without fighting out their divorce through two solicitors. We are also open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm to offer a personal service to all our clients when they need us”.
