Brighton & Hove Pride is back! Taking place from Friday, August 5 until Sunday, August 7, Brighton & Hove Pride is one of the biggest calendar events of the year. With celebrations taking place all over the city, Brighton & Hove Buses are getting ready for a busy weekend.

Special Pride timetables have been put in place to help local people and visitors get around and into the city. It is highly recommended that people check timetables and plan their journeys well in advance of the event.

Pride timetables and information about services can be found here. Passengers can also download the Brighton & Hove Buses travel app and get live bus information, service updates and the opportunity to purchase tickets here too. Passengers can use contactless on all buses.

Shuttle bus services (routes 500 and 600) operate to and from Preston ParkOld Steine and Waterhall Campsite. Full timetable and pricing information can be found here.

Brighton & Hove Buses are once again proud to be a sponsor of Brighton & Hove Pride and to take part in the parade, with not one but two buses. One of the buses has colleagues and community partners on-board while the second bus has been wholly organised b LGBT+ Network colleagues from across the company.

Ed Wills, Brighton & Hove and Metrobus’ Managing Director, said “It’s fantastic that Brighton & Hove Pride is taking place this year. The event is hugely important to our community and we are thrilled to play our part in making sure people can travel safely to and from the event.

“We want everyone to have a fantastic time, which is why we’ll have 15 extra buses running and special services taking people to and from Preston Park, the Old Steine and Waterhall Campsite. I highly recommend people plan their journeys and allow plenty of time to get home.”
