Peer Action, the HIV organisation for both men and women who are HIV+ or are affected by HIV has a full lineup of events planned for February.

Tuesday February 4, 11, 18 and 25: One hour swimming sessions with Ian at Brighton Swimming Centre, Eastern Road, Brighton: 12.20pm: Session fee £4

Tuesday February 4, 11, 18, 25: Yoga sessions with qualified yoga practitioner Dan Noquet for people of all abilities to Hampshire Lodge, Hampshire Court, Upper St James St, BN2 1JF. Mats provided, 6pm: Session fee £3.50.

Wednesday February 5, 19: Meditation with Helen, at Sussex Beacon, 10 Beavendean Road, Brighton, BN2 4DE, 7.15-8.30pm, Free

Friday February 14: Film night at Anthony’s (Seven Dials area), Behind the Candlebra (2013), limited spaces available, bring your favourite drink/snack. www.peeraction.co.uk/activity/filmnight

Wednesday February 19: Bingo at Gala Bingo Hall, Eastern Road, with Ian. 6.15pm and 7pm: Admission £10.

Wednesday February 26: Social/Games night with Chris and Julia at the Barley Mow pub, 92 St Georges Road, Kemptown. 7.30pm.
