DRAG DISGRACE: Round II

Besi Besemar July 22, 2013

DRAG DISGRACEThe House of Grand Parade return after their successful launch earlier this year. DRAG DISGRACE saw The Blind Tiger on Grand Parade in Brighton, drowning in glitter, belts and needles, with the three sisters, Lydia L’Scabies, Rococo Chanel and Crystal Lubrikunt presenting their new vision for the Drag art form and entertainment scene.

The night pays homage to all the Old School/High School flicks we know and love anything from Art-Freaks to Cheer-Squads, Plastics to Beauty Queens, Grossie Josie’s to Teen Witches.

Everyone is welcome!

Get on your finest social armour in preparation to face the class of 2K13 for this union of the year!

On August 28, Crystal Lubrikunt headlines ‘ON WEDNESDAYS. WE WEAR PINK.’ A night throwing you into the Chick Flick genre with inspired from titles such as; Mean Girls, Heathers, Drop Dead Gorgeous, The Craft, Clueless and even cult-classic Carrie to name a few.

The House will be bringing back successful acts from the launch including Johnny Calavera, Dixie Dredd, Betty Nails and Alfie Ordinary. The House are also presenting some newbies such as Ergo Phizmiz and Brighton’s reigning Drag Idol 2013 winner Suzie Stabz! The night will have you voting for Prom King, Queen and Peasant, throwing glitter in the air and shaking your tail-feather to DJ Jenna Spellbound with no T and no shade!

A night to remember and one not to be missed!
