Brighton buildings bathed in blue for ME

ME that is classified as a neurological illness affects over 6,000 adults and children across Sussex many of whom are virtually housebound and in need of care.

Three of Brighton’s top destinations – The Brighton Wheel, the Grand Hotel and the Sea Life Centre – were bathed in blue, green and purple light, the colours of International ME Awareness Day, on the night of Monday May 12 in an awareness-raising event organised by the Sussex ME Society and ME Space.
