Allsorts Youth Project, the Sussex-based LGBTQ+ youth charity, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Youth Support Worker to induct young people into the project, facilitate groups and offer one-to-one support.
The successful candidate will act as a positive LGBTQ+ role-model for the charity’s service users and join a growing, professional and passionate team who support LGBTQ+ children, young people and their families and challenge exclusion, prejudice and discrimination in all areas of their lives.
Allsorts’ new full-time position at £27,254 per annum will offer a fixed term contract until April 2024 (subject to passing probation and funding thereafter).
Allsorts Youth Project is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. The charity particularly encourages applications from people from intersectional minority groups, including those who are people of colour and/or from a minority ethnic background, those with disabilities, or who are neurodiverse, as these groups are currently underrepresented in the Allsorts workforce and the wider charity sector.
Closing date is Monday, June 12. For full details, job pack and application form, CLICK HERE or email email@example.com for more information.
