NoFit State Circus returns to Brighon & Hove tonight with their new show BIANCO. Renowned around the world for their elegant and subversive unique brand of circus, NoFit State were one of the highlights of the Fringe Festival the last time they appeared in Brighton & Hove.
BIANCO is a return to the company’s roots and iconic immersive, promenade work, an all consuming theatrical experience combining intoxicating live music, gravity defying circus and stunning costume design in a constantly evolving environment.
Director Firenza Guidi, says:
“A village, a community, a travelling world, BIANCO is the story of a great journey inside and outside of ourselves. The story of a battle between beauty and brutality, the fragility of lost selves, of lost wishes and desires…”
BIANCO brings together the best UK and worldwide performers with a broad range of circus skills: swinging trapeze, aerial straps and rope, cloudswing, dance trapeze, trampoline, juggling, hand-balance and acrobatics.
Developed in 2012 as a co-production with the Eden Project in Cornwall, BIANCO has been re-staged for the company’s iconic Big Top and launches at Brighton Fringe tonight following a sell-out run of performances at London’s Roundhouse last month.
