On Saturday, November 19, Brilliant Brighton is hosting a city centre-wide festive event between 2-6pm with choirs and entertainment to get residents and visitors alike in the festive spirit.
More than 50 local businesses were part of the fundraising effort, most of them volunteering as Santa Bus collection points, while others donated their services, such as printing and distributing leaflets.
Brighton & Hove and Metrobus, and Santa himself, are doing a final dash to the finishing line to raise as much money as possible for 12 local community groups and charities, including LGBT Switchboard and Brighton Black History Group, through its online Santa Bus GoFundMe appeal and by selling limited edition festive Santa Bus face coverings.
