Safety workshops prove popular

Brighton & Hove LGBT Community Safety Forum held a one day Introduction To Personal Safety & Self Defence workshop at the Queens Hotel, Brighton on January 19. The workshop helps people develop an awareness of basic defence techniques, demonstrates an understanding of how to implement them and were created for people who are starting to think more about their personal safety and how to look after themselves.
