Brighton´s brilliant performers came together once more to raise money to be distributed as grants to local LGBTQ+ and HIV organisations and projects.
We would like to thank Legends Bar and the staff for letting us have a celebration for the life of my mother, Rose on November 19. A huge thank you to Miss Jason, Dave Lynn, Jennie Castell and Jackie Plunkett for a fantastic evening of entertainment in mum’s honour, also Drag with No Name for the wonderful tribute in pictures which had us all in tears.
Bar Broadway will host a special fundraising event for the Royal British Legion to mark Remembrance Sunday on November 11.
Hibernation 2018, the annual Community Luncheon organised by Danny Dwyer and Bear-Patrol broke all previous records, raising an amazing £15,568.00 for MindOut and The Rainbow Fund.

The Rottingdean Club situated in the upmarket village of Rottingdean is a private members club located along the coast from Brighton in a magnificent 16th century building.
Danny Dwyer, organiser of Bear-Patrol, celebrated his birthday party with friends at the Amsterdam Bar and Kitchen on May 19, raising an impressive total of £2,206.95 for local good causes in the process.
Bear-Patrol’s annual community fundraising luncheon, Hibernation takes place on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Hibernation has become one of the most sought after tickets in the LGBT+ calendar of events. Tickets are priced at a reasonable rate covering the cost of the event with ALL profits donated to the evenings nominated organisations, MindOut, the LGBT+Mental Health Service and The Rainbow Fund.
