Cllr. Geoffrey Theobald was last night re-elected unopposed for a fifth year as Conservative Group Leader for the forthcoming municipal year at the Group’s AGM. Andrew Wealls, the highly-regarded Councillor for Central Hove and the Group’s Spokesperson on Education and Schools for the last four years has been promoted to be one of the Group’s two Deputy Leaders.
