The UK AIDS Memorial Quilt is on display at Pride House Birmingham until August 8

LGBTQ+ people from across the Commonwealth will protest at 1pm on Thursday 28 July at Aston Hall in Birmingham (B6 6JD), as the baton arrives for the start of the Commonwealth Games. They will protest again the same day at 5pm at the main entrance to Alexander Stadium.
The Sentinels – known variously as ‘Dorothy Towers’ and ‘Fairy Towers’ in Birmingham’s LGBTQ+ communities – are two residential tower blocks – Clydesdale Tower and Cleveland Tower – located in Birmingham’s city centre.
