Dine With The Stars raises £4,207 for The Brighton & Hove LGBT Community Safety Forum (B&H LGBT CSF). Now in its sixth year, Dine with the Stars, the brainchild of ‘Baz’ Barry Nelson (formerly of Queens Hotel, Queens Arms and now the Burgershack at Bar Revenge) returned to the Jurys Inn Waterfront Hotel in Brighton on Thursday, October 12 for a spectacular evening of food, entertainment, dance and fundraising.
Dine with the Stars returns to the Jury’s Inn Waterfront Hotel (next to Dr Brightons) on Thursday, October 12. Now in its 6th year, Dine with the Stars is the brainchild of ‘Baz’ Barry Nelson (formerly of Queens Hotel, Queens Arms and now the Burgershack at Bar Revenge).
You can’t keep a good man down – it was only a matter of time before Barry Nelson would surface again and he is back managing and cooking in the kitchen of a new Burger Bar upstairs at Bar Revenge called Burgershack.
After three years at the helm of The Queens Arms, Barry Nelson is moving on to new challenges. When Barry took over the reins, The Queens Arms was in need of a face lift to re-establish it as a full-time cabaret bar. That was his aim and this he has now achieved. A full refurbishment in October 2014 brought new life into one of the oldest established gay bars in the city, creating a bigger better and brighter Queens Arms.
