Youth group publishes review of their work

Besi Besemar May 12, 2017

Blueprint 22, a youth organisation for 16-25 year olds deliver project work along the south coast from Brighton to Bognor Regis to young people.

In January 2017 they commissioned an  independent consultant to undertake a reflective review of the past 6 years of their work.

The review took 3 months and 50 people were interviewed including:

♦  Young adults both past and present

♦  Funders

♦  Partners

♦  Staff and volunteers

♦  Directors

♦  Supporters

The aim of the review was to simply gain an understanding of whether the work delivered by Blueprint 22 had created an impact on young adults, and if so, how.

When commissioning the report, Blueprint 22 wanted this information to come directly from those who had used and supported their services.

To ensure the report was non-biased it was important to Blueprint 22 that the external reviewer was able to have open access to the organisation and to challenge and question what they do.

The findings capture their work since they started in 2011 and they are eager for as many people to read it as possible.
