The TNBI Development Worker role will take a lead in ensuring The Clare Project’s community-led approach is both sustainable and representative of their unique work. Other responsibilities include supporting the charity in expanding their TNBI inclusion and awareness training offering; developing their volunteer package; contributing to their commitment towards improving the accessibility of services for those from under-represented groups in the TNBI community, and more.
The role will be contracted at 12 hours per week, £24,500 pro rata (£8,167 per annum), fixed term contract for 12 months with extension subject to funding. Occasional/optional overtime. Freelance enquiries welcome.
