Have you ever had or are you currently experiencing mental health issues?
Healthwatch Brighton & Hove would like to hear about any support you are receiving from health and social care services (such as your GP, or a mental health nurse, social worker or counsellor, etc.) and your experience of support in your accommodation.
The 10-minute survey, which closes April 11, can be answered by yourself or on behalf of a friend or relative with mental health issues. If you are completing this questionnaire on behalf of someone else, the term ‘you’ refers to the person you are completing the questionnaire for.
Healthwatch Brighton & Hove are working with Brighton & Hove City Council and NHS Brighton & Hove Clinical Commissioning Group to find out what works well and what can be improved.
