Desk Exercise – Lorraine Bowen gets you moving!

Gscene Editorial Team January 10, 2020

Lorraine Bowen, songwriter, performer and Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist, has released her new single, Desk Exerciseto get desk workers energised, moving, and back to work with a skip, hop and a jump!

Lorraine wrote Desk Exercise, which is original, quirky, instructional and fun, because as a songwriter she finds herself slumped at her desk for many hours at a time. She Googled to see if anyone had written a short stretchy fun thing she could do for a quick break from her work and couldn’t find anything suitable. So, she made up one herself and decided to share it.

Suzanne Rolfe, a friend of Lorraine’s who is an NHS Occupational Health Advisor helped on the types of exercises people need to do in their breaks.

Lorraine says “Everyone who has done Desk Exercise says it gives them a boost, makes them feel energised and leaves them with a massive grin. What more do you need to face 2020?”

Lorraine is inviting offices and workers to collaborate on the Desk Exercise video so why not post yourself and some colleagues doing the Desk Exercise routine on YouTube and tweet the link to Lorraine at @Bowen707.

Lorraine Bowen won David Walliams’ Golden Buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent with her quirky Crumble Song, which now has over 12 million views on YouTube.
