The Longcroft Luxury Cat hotel, a five star retreat offering to pamper your pussy, will open its doors in Lindfield, West Sussex on Saturday, May 11.

The hotel intends to treat your pussy like a queen with a specially prepared ‘A La Cat’ menu served on bone china, to soothing mood music, followed by personal grooming sessions ensuring your feline friend will never want to leave.

Every detail has been meticulously planned with hygiene, safety and, above all, luxury in mind. The hotel has been custom-built to provide seven very spacious individually decorated suites with wrought iron designer beds and plump cushions.

The Longcroft Luxury Cat hotel, is run by Debbie Carrington and her husband from her garden at Scaynes Hill Road,  Lindfield, which is a 25 minute drive from the centre of Brighton and Gatwick Airport.

Debbie said:

“Leaving a much loved cat for whatever reason, because of a holiday or having renovation work done at home can be really distressing. We can put an owner’s mind at rest that their pet is being well looked after, pampered and loved while they are away.

“Growing up with cats has always been a big part of our lives. We can’t wait to get to know our guests and to spend time with them, finding out their likes and dislikes. We had never left our own cats in a cattery before Longcroft and are really looking forward to offering such a personal service for cat lovers in and around West Sussex.”

The hotel will be officially opened on Saturday, May 11 by the Mayor of Haywards Health, Cllr John Sabin at 2pm. Cat owners are invited to go along and join in the celebrations and look around the hotel. A raffle will be held in aid of the local branch of Cats’ Protection.

For 2013, Longcroft will be offering a VIP scheme, which entitles cat owners to 20% off all standard rate bookings for 7+ days in 2013, plus ‘late space’ booking priority and ‘A La Cat’ menu upgrades for one year.

Anyone wishing to attend the opening event should email: rsvp@longcroftcathotel.co.uk quoting their cat or cats’ names and their preferred stay dates.
