Open doors at Rottingdean Club over Bank Holiday weekend

The Rottingdean Club situated in the upmarket village of Rottingdean is a private members club locatedĀ along the coast from Brighton in a magnificent 16th century building.

OWNERS Phil and Paul are holding an Open WeekendĀ from August 23-26, for people to go along, see the club and enjoy the atmosphere, entertainment, food and drink before deciding whether or not to join the club and become members.

The couple have returned the club to its former glory developing an eclectic mix of members while catering for the entertainment needs of everyone. The club boasts a fantastic menu served noon-6pm daily. You can dine inside or outside in the beautiful south-west facing garden, completely uniqueĀ in the village and sporting plenty of seating including lounge sofas and dining tables.

Membership for the club is still open so pop along and ‘try before you buy’.

Kicking the weekend off on Friday 24 at 8pm is the girl with the big voice Gabriella Parrish followed on Saturday 25 by Jennie Castell who will be performing her new Disco Set from 8pm.

During Saturday afternoon the boys have teamed upĀ The Bermondsey Pie and Mash Company, based in Borough Market who will be bringing their Pie & Mash Pop Up to the village. Enjoy some proper traditional grub from 1pm in the garden (or indoors if you so wish).

Finally on Sunday 26Ā as well as offering a delicious Sunday roast from noon, the Rottingdean have a real treat for you. The Spanish sensation Miguel Santiago will be performing from 4pm. Miguel performs with mesmerising ease on his pulsating electric violin, not just classical music but the very best of British and American pop. Described as a “breath of fresh air” by Gscene magazine, Miguel will be performing from 4pm.
