Lunch Positive to host pop-up food stall at Preston Park over Brighton & Hove Pride

Graham Robson August 4, 2022

Brighton & Hove Pride has once more gifted Lunch Positive the pitch for a pop-up food stall at Preston Park over Pride, and this year it’s for two days!

Lunch Positive volunteers will be there on the Saturday and Sunday serving food, with every penny raised going directly to Lunch Positive and supporting people living with HIV.

The Lunch Positive volunteer team recently won the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, and have been preparing in big ways for this important fundraising food stall. The food stall is in the Community Area in the main arena, towards the south end of the arena.

The famous Lunch Positive flag will be flying above the stall! The food offering will be scrumptious burgers and veggie burgers, water & soft drinks, teas & coffees, with quick service. Behind the scenes, the Lunch Positive team will also be catering to feed Pride volunteers.

Gary Pargeter, Director at Lunch Positive, said: “Please come along and get your food from Lunch Positive and support our life-changing work with people living with HIV in the community.

“This amazing support and generosity from Brighton & Hove Pride will help us provide our HIV lunch club and community outreach over the year ahead.
