International Bears Meeting B.S.C. 2015, Sitges – April 30 to May 5, 2015
The International Bears Week takes place on the last weekend of April/the first weekend in May. The events include paintballing, special dinners, beach meetings and pool parties. The event kicks off with a welcome reception at XXL… the main activities centre around the bars at Joan Tarrida, however the entire Village is full of bears so practically all of the bars in the village are full. The event is one of the most popular bears meeting in Spain and attracts a large international audience.
Gay Pride Sitges – June 18 to 22, 2015 (Parade on the 21)
The gay village by the sea is the epicentre of Sitges Pride, hosting 5 days of concerts, t-dances, fashion shows and more from June 18 to 22, 2015.
The centrepiece of Gay Pride Sitges will once again be Pride by the Promenade where every day the Gay Pride Village will keep you entertained by the Mediterranean.. kicking off every evening with the stunning Sitges Pride T-Dance!
The line-up includes, live concert tributes to Beyonce, Queen and the Spice Girls. Saturday night will be dedicated to the legends of Disco with the return of Boney M, last seen in Sitges in 2012. They will be joined by the ultimate ABBA tribute!
The RED Night and After Party is a new addition to Sitges Pride to raise funds for local AIDs charities. The entire town will be dressed in RED to show solidarity and support.
The WHITE NIGHT (where the entire Town dresses in White) will return for its 6th year.
On Saturday, the Hotel Antemare will once again host WET – The Sitges Pool Party. This event has become one of the most popular of Pride.
THE BLACK NIGHT at Bunker, Sitges biggest cruise club will host the biggest fetish event of the season. Its purpose built for cruising with a huge maze and space for more than 500 guys! The Pride Parade will return on Sunday, June 21 from 17.00.

Highly recommended as the food and service are the standard of a top class restaurant, with very reasonable prices. Also al a carte menu available. It is necessary to book in advance, as always full, even in the winter months.

GAY BEACHES
Playa de la Bassa Rodona – Sitges Main Gay Beach
Playa de la Bassa is the most popular beach for gay sun worshippers. Very easy to find; from the town, walk along the promenade to the third beach zone, just past the Hotel Calipolis. In peak season, this part of the beach is packed in the afternoons, so if you want a sunbed and shade it is best to arrive before lunch.
Platja de l’Home – Gay Nudist Beach Platja de l’Home, Sitges
Despite being a good 45-minute walk from town, this gay nudist beach is surprisingly popular. This may be partly due to the wooded area behind the beach (on the other side of the railway line), that can be as busy as the beach itself! To get to Platja de l’Home, walk (or take a taxi) to Club Atlantida. Continue along the coastal path past the straight nudist beach, after which you will come to the gay nudist beach. Be very aware that some sections of the path run very close to the railway line and you proceed at your own risk!
The beach is mostly pebbles, so taking an inflatable airbed is recommended. Alternatively, a limited number of sun loungers and shades are available for hire, and there is a small bar serving (relatively expensive) drinks – so it’s a good idea to pack what you think you will need for the day.
Playa de las Balmins – Mixed Nudist Beach: Playa de las Balmins , Sitges
If you want to sunbathe nude but without the hassle of walking to and back from the exclusively gay Playa del Muerto, then Playa de las Balmins is for you. This mixed beach is about a 15-minute walk from the town centre. From Sitges sea front turn left and continue along the coastal path, past the Church and cemetery. The first two coves are the most popular with the gay crowd.
