PREVIEW: Actually Gay Men’s Chorus: Ovation – Every Song An Encore!

March 10, 2018

Actually Gay Men’s Chorus return this Spring with a concert jam-packed with emotion, spine-tingling anthems and breathtaking performances to keep you on the edge of your seats and begging for more!

Expect everything from musical theatre standards, the biggest pop chartbusters and modern movie triumphs bursting straight out of Hollywood.

Ovation – Every Song An Encore! will be the first of Actually GMC’s performances in 2018. The boys have decided to exclusively fundraise this year for the members’ chosen charity The Sussex Beacon.

Bettina Benz of The Sussex Beacon, said: “Your support is incredibly important to us, and will enable us to continue to provide crucial services for people living with HIV.”

Only the biggest stars could join this stellar event, so the Actually’s welcome back chorus patron and audience favourite Miss Jason to oversee proceedings.

The soprano for this production will be a surprise guest especially selected for Ovation!

Musical Director Samuel Cousins, said: “After a triumphant 2017 of performances the chaps are diving head first into this years programme with Ovation! We are working hard on a selection of new numbers for Actually whilst reprising some audience favourites. This show will be an unmissable plethora of music that will bring all your emotions to the surface… we can’t wait to see you there!”
