Jess Glynne to appear at Brighton Pride

Double Brit nominee and Grammy award winner Jess Glynne wowed us with her distinctive and evocative vocals on Clean Bandit’s No.1 platinum dance smash Rather Be.

Jess, whose distinctive and evocative vocals ensured Route 94’s incredible House-flavoured My Love hit the top spot will be performing live on the Brighton Pride Festival main stage on August 1.

Adored by Adele, rated by Zane Lowe and loved by Lily Allen, Jess has made the top of the British pop charts her home and Brighton Pride are thrilled she will be taking part in Pride In The City: 25th Anniversary celebrations.

2015 looks set to be an amazing year for Jess as she follows up her No.1 hits for Clean Bandit and Route 94 with her own new material, inspired by artists including Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean, Jasmine Sullivan, Anthony Hamilton, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Eva Cassidy and Lauryn Hill.

Jess’ solo material is fresh, exciting and uniquely British. By encompassing the soul and hip hop of Jess’ varied influences alongside brooding cellos, pert piano, impish strings and spot on production her YouTube smash Home, her joyous new single Hold My Hand and her forthcoming album on Atlantic Records delivers an irresistible slice of 21st husky hip-pop-soul perfection.
