The annual Jamboree takes place outside the Brighton Tavern every year around April time and involves a home-baked cake sale, a tombola and a second-hand book store.
The choir relies on the generosity of its members and supporters through donating their time, effort and baking skills to raise money for charity.
Charlie Bedson, who is a member for the Chorus and helped with the organisation of the Jamboree, added: “On top of everything, we would particularly like to thank Eclipse Foods, Raise and the Pelican On Port for their generously proportioned and rather delicious cakes”.
The funds raised will help the Chorus, a registered charity, pursue its charitable activities and objectives.
The Chorus is next performing as part of the Brighton Fringe Festival on May 2 & 3 at St. George’s Church in Kemptown with their latest show Nautical But Nice.
