Mindfulness Meditation Course starting soon

Do you experience stress, anxiety, depressive thoughts and feelings?

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Mediation is proven to help relieve all of the above. MindOut is running an 8 week meditation course for LGB&T people.

During the course you will look at how we experience stress, unhappiness and feelings of not being able to cope.

Meditation can help you bring acceptance and kindness to yourself and others and by developing mindfulness practices you can maintain a calmer, more peaceful way of being.

Starting on January 9, the course will be held on Mondays from 6 – 8pm in Central Brighton.

Cost for the course is on a sliding scale from £20 - £80 depending on your income.
 
The tutor, Sheila, has many years experience teaching meditation, is a trained Mindfulness teacher and facilitates the LGBT Meditation Group in Brighton.
