Passionate foodie and vegan advocate Heather Mills will be signing copies of her new recipe book, Love Bites at 1pm this Saturday (30) at the Foodies Festival, a three-day celebration of the finest food, drink and culinary talent, taking place on Hove Lawns over the May Bank Holiday Weekend.

Heather commented:
“Love Bites was inspired by friends who like the taste of meatless meat, and didn’t know how to cook with it.”

Heather will be joined by Michelin-starred Neil McCue of The Curlew and Stephen Crane of Ockenden Manor, as well as Brighton chefs, Sam Metcalfe of Sam’s of Brighton and Michael Bremner of Due South, who will be cooking favourite signature dishes live in the Chefs Theatre.
