The Manchester Pride Dinner will be taking place at The Palace Hotel on Thursday September 23. Tickets are priced from £45 with all proceeds going to Manchester Pride.

The aim of this black tie charity event is to raise funds for the Manchester Pride Fringe 2011, enabling Manchester Pride to support even more community events next year. It will also provide an opportunity for Manchester 's LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community to get together and celebrate Manchester Pride 2010.

Jackie Crozier, festival director of Manchester Pride, said:
"We're absolutely delighted to be teaming up with Hot Village on the first annual Manchester Pride Dinner. I'm really excited about the prospect of getting everyone together to reminisce about Pride 2010 and hopefully raise money for next year's Pride Fringe.

"The chance to support even more community events in 2011 and continue the excellent work of the ten-day aspect of the festival would be fantastic. I would encourage as many people as possible to buy a ticket and get their glad rags on for what will be a fun-filled night in aid of charity."

This year’s Manchester Pride takes place August, Friday 20 – Monday 30.
