The House of Keys, the Isle's of Man's Parliament, is to give a reading to the Civil Partnership Bill. The Bill will give legal recognition to same-sex relationships. The Bill also proposes removing the current ban on gay couples adopting.

Gay rights campaigner Peter Tatchell has said the House should also legalise gay marriage, saying it's a shame that the Island hasn't made the "full leap".
