Dame Edna Experience
There is set to be an air of mystery at this year’s Over The Rainbow Ball, which takes place at the Riviera International Conference Centre in Torquay on Saturday November 28. Revellers are required to wear masks for the black-tie masquerade evening, concealing their identity until the grand unveiling at midnight. Party-goers are also being encouraged to make their masks as colourful and flamboyant as possible, with a bottle of champagne up for grabs for the very best.

The glamorous soiree will feature a sumptuous 3-course dinner and an evening of unforgettable entertainment, starring the truly legendary Dame Edna Experience. She’ll be joined on stage by local jazz vocalist Jason Abrahams and Debbie Farrell as the one and only Shirley Bassey. If that wasn’t enough, there will also be a grand charity auction and for the first time this year, a very special version a Cash In The Box and your chance to win some fantastic prizes.

The evening’s entertainment runs from 7pm, with DJs spinning the tunes till  3am. The eighth Over The Rainbow Ball will again be supporting local LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) charities and over the years many many thousands have been donated to these worthwhile causes. Tickets are priced at £42.50, although buy a table of 12 by 10th October and only pay for 11 people!

Singles tables are also available for those who want to come and make new friends.

Tickets are available from The Meadfoot Inn, Melissa Jewels St. Marychurch, Key West Resort, Candyfloss Nightclub, Torquay Tourist Information Centre and Steps Bistro.
