Brian Eno, Director of this year's Brighton Festival, has added his voice to the list of people supporting the Liberal Democrats.
Paul Elgood, candidate for Hove, said:
"More and more people are choosing the Liberal Democrats, there is a real groundswell of support. The reaction on the doorstep and on the street has been overwhelmingly positive.
"Juliet Williams in Kemptown and Berni Millam in Pavilion have also been inundated with offers of support, and there is now a national facebook campaign to get the LIberal Democrats into power, similar to the Rage Against the Machine Christmas number one."
Local party Chairman Lawrence Eke said:
"Many voters are fed up with politicians that do not really represent their constituents. The Liberal Democrat opposition to the Digital Economy Bill is yet another example of the Liberal Democrats getting it right, while Labour, Tories and Greens couldn't care less. Brian Eno's support demonstrates that only the Liberal Democrat policies are in touch with the right people."
