It is with great sadness we announce the death of Tony Sinclair on Tuesday October 27.

Tony was the manager at Clone Zone, St James Street until it went into liquidation in January this year. He worked for the Clone Zone Company for seventeen years and became very depressed after losing his job. With Tony at the helm, Clone Zone for many local people became 'Gay Community HQ'. If Tony did not know about it, it was not worth knowing. At Gscene we remember Tony very fondly.

During his time at Clone Zone he worked tirelessly for local HIV and LGBT organisations, always ready to offer prizes for raffles and auctions and allow community groups and businesses to advertise in the Clone Zone windows. He was a great supporter of Pride.

Tony's funeral is today at 1pm, November 23 at the South Chapel, Woodvale Crematorium, Lewes Road followed by a wake at Legends Hotel from 3pm.

Tony loved flowers.
