THT (Terrence Higgins Trust) is running a stop smoking course for gay and bisexual men at its branch in Eastbourne.

The course starts on Tuesday, March 9 and runs weekly for 7 weeks between 6pm and 7.30pm. It is held at THT offices at 9-14 Dyke House,110 South Street, Eastbourne.

Anyone interested should go to an information session on February 16 between 5.30 and 7.30pm to find out more and sign up.

The course offers a free carbon monoxide test and a £30 voucher for anyone signing up and quitting for a month
