Simon Burgess, Labour & Co-op Parliamentary Candidate Brighton Kemptown & Peacehaven, ran 6 miles yesterday (21) in aid of Sport Relief.

Simon said:
"I am pleased to have done it for such a good cause and it was less painful than when I last did it two years ago, but how on earth I am going to do the Brighton Marathon I have absolutely no idea!"

"It was great to see so many people joining in the fun, I have particular admiration for those that did it on space hoppers!"

Simon is taking part in the first Brighton Marathon in April to raise money for the Sussex Beacon, the Argus Appeal and Martlets Hospice
