PIPs (Philosophy in Pubs) will be holding their next discussion group on Sunday, March 21. It will take place at The Terraces Lower Bar, Madeira Drive, Brighton between 4pm and 6pm.

The topic for the PIPs discussion will be "Why is art important today?" It will follow a day of creative activity involving local community art groups along the seafront by  

The art event is being organised by Brighton based art organisation Creative Future.  They are inviting local art groups to 'draw a line' of art - a line of evolving artwork along the seafront.  This event starts at 10.30 am and there will be lots of opportunities for passers-by to get involved.
