Following the departure of Andrew Thompson as the Lead Trustee of Brighton & Hove LGBT Switchboard, the trustees agreed that Mark Elsworth, deputy lead, would cover the post for a three month period. This has now been extended to next year's AGM in order for governance changes to be made. 

Mark will be working closely with the trustees, Natalie Woods (the manager of Switchboard) and the volunteers to deliver the changes which, it is expected, will enable Switchboard to deliver the objectives outlined in its 'strategic plan'.
