Neil McMillan, a satellite installer, aged 41, of Bennett Road, Brighton, has this afternoon (Tuesday October 20th) been charged with the murder of Andrea Waddell at 26 Upper Lewes Road, Brighton, on Thursday October 15th.

He has also been charged with arson with intent to endanger life at the same address.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Brighton Magistrates' Court at 10am on Wednesday October 21.
