Both Cllr Paul Elgood and Brian Stone, Lib Dem candidates for Brunswick & Adelaide at the coming local council elections in May are supporting the local campaign for people to vote "yes" in the AV referendum on 5 May.

Brian Stone said:
"By introducing an AV voting system for Parliamentary elections MPs will be made more accountable, assigning the day’s of MPs claiming for their duck houses to the past. When all our votes count in each and every seat, MPs will no longer be able to take voters for granted".
