Organisers of the first Brighton Christmas Market, being held at the Brighton Centre on Sunday December 20, have reported that the Market has now sold out and that there is currently a waiting list in operation for exhibitors.
Co-organiser Jo Reeder said:
"We are absolutely delighted with the response from exhibitors. This event is going to be a real celebration of businesses large and small, that are bucking the trend and operating successfully in a difficult retail environment. The Brighton Christmas Market is taking place on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, and we are expecting a great turnout from people wanting a pleasurable, unique shopping experience with something on offer for everyone.
"Male visitors will be able to shop for quality engineered German watches, cool clothing, gardening accessories and beautiful gifts for loved ones, visitors in need of some pampering can kick back and relax in the Wellbeing and Indulgence Zone, and kids can look forward to meeting Santa and his elves in his magical grotto, as well as getting creative in the arts and craft area.
Entry to the Market is free and visitors can also enjoy carol singers, festive face painting and story telling. The George White Photography team will be based in Santa’s grotto, offering family photographs to take away on the day, perfect for that last minute gift.
