The Brighton Aids Memorial made its first appearance today (Wednesday) in New Steine Gardens for a final fitting onto the plinth before being installed next Monday.
The Memorial left the Morris Singer Foundry this morning and was transported to a holding facility in Ditching where it was transferred to a lorry and brought to Brighton.
Final measurements were taken so that the fit into the plinth when the Memorial returns for its installation on Monday (October 5) would be perfect.
