Allsorts looking for female youth support worker

Allsorts Youth Project Brighton is seeking a Female Youth Support Worker 16 hours per week, salary NJC SCP 24-30 £20,858-£25,472 per annum pro rata (fixed term contact until April 2012 with expectation of funding being annually renewed).
 
They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced female LBT (lesbian, bisexual or trans) youth worker to provide youth support at Allsorts including one-to-one work, facilitation of their weekly drop-in, TAG (under-16 group) and No Dress Code (LBT young women’s group). The worker will act as positive role-model for LGBT youth and will have experience of working in groups with young people.

Under the Equality Act 2010, Allsorts claims occupational requirements for protected characteristics: gender and sexual orientation.
