Why Are The Recycling Bins Always Full?

We are increasingly being encouraged to recycle in Brighton & Hove and there is now a vast array of bins in which to deposit almost every type of household waste - but why are they invariably full to the brim?

Case in point being the carton recycling bin on Queen's Park Rd, almost always full to capacity and whilst this is commendable because it shows residents are indeed recycling, it is also very annoying.

But help is at hand, as from tomorrow I have organised with City Clean for a new larger capacity carton recycling bin to be installed at the Queen's Park Rd site.  I hope residents will be pleased.  Thanks City Clean.
