Just to let you know that this morning I organised a "spruce-up" of the hedges at the New Steine garden to make sure it looked a lot more presentable in advance of the World Aids Day events scheduled for Weds Dec 1st.
 
They had been looking decidedly ragged for the last few months, so the team of six CityPark workers spent the morning lopping about 3/4ft off the top of the hedge and trimmed the sides - I hope you agree it now looks 100% better.
 
My thanks to CityParks for all their efforts and we will be making further improvements here in the New Year, whilst being mindful of the wildlife that inhabit this green space.
